some of his parishioners,
the
Connecticut
state legislature
on March 29, 1882, officially chartered the Knights of Columbus as a
fraternal
benefit society.
The
Order is still true to its
founding principles of charity, unity and fraternity.
We encorage you to visit our website often and review the many
charitable and
service programs and activities of our Council. You might
also get a
better feel for how the Knights of Columbus has served those in
need.

If
interested in joining, please

Joining
the Knights of Columbus can now be done from the comfort
of your computer, through E-Membership. Men, over
the age of 18
years of age, who are practical Catholics can join the Knights of
Columbus.
After
you have learned more about what it means to be a Knight
of Columbus, to apply please

You
will immediately become a member, eligible for the insurance
benefits and when you are ready, you can join a local Council.

the Somerville Elks. Proceeds to benefit Samaritan Homeless Interim Program (S.H.I.P.) The function was a success everyone had plenty of food and fun.
